Mon arrivée aux Sapins de l’amitié
Dix jours sont passés depuis mon arrivée aux Sapins de l’Amitié et j’ai déjà le sentiment d’y avoir vécu des moments rares et fait de belles rencontres. J’étais loin d’imaginer m’initier un jour aux danses celtiques dans les montagnes du Jura ! Ni y manger un repas chinois d’exception qui a régalé les palais de plus d’une soixantaine de vacanciers grâce à la bonne volonté de l’une d’entre eux, la très attentionnée Xuan… Nommée au poste de Directrice de la structure au service de l’Association C.L.A.J. Métabief, il me semble important de me présenter à ses adhérents et revenir sur quelques unes des missions qui m’ont été confiées.Si mon nom de famille Le Flem sonne breton (origine que j’aime revendiquer), je viens de la Région Parisienne. Née à Saint-Cloud (92) le 11 Mai 1968, j’ai grandi dans les Yvelines. Cadette d’une famille de trois sœurs, je suis très attachée à ma famille. J’aime les sports de pleine nature et d’endurance et on me dit souvent casse-cou. Aussi souvent que possible, je vais découvrir les artistes sur scène. J’étais pour cela comblée par mes activités passées dans la production musicale. Diplômée d’Histoire, ma vie professionnelle s’est articulée dans le domaine de la médiation culturelle, évoluant de la valorisation du Patrimoine vers le milieu du Spectacle Vivant. C’est en avril 2006 que j’ai démissionné de mes fonctions de Chargée de Production du bureau parisien d’un label de musique noire-américaine pour me destiner au métier d’accueil et de service de l’hébergement touristique. Un sacré tournant – et il faut bien l’avouer, une folle impression de « sauter du train » - motivé par le sentiment que je m’épanouirais pleinement professionnellement dans ces nouvelles fonctions. J’ai entrepris cette reconversion par une collaboration dans la gestion d’un gîte d’étape et de séjour situé dans les hauts-cantons des Pyrénées Orientales pendant près d’un an. Depuis, la gestion complète d’une structure d’hébergement de plein-air m’a été confiée par la commune de Laroque, un village des Pyrénées Orientales situé au pied du massif des Albères. L’esprit de la Maison et les missions qui me sont confiées aujourd’hui aux Sapins de l’Amitié, notamment celle de développer son activité, correspondent pleinement à mon souhait de m’impliquer dans le bon fonctionnement d’un hébergement garant d’une ambiance chaleureuse et solidaire et d’inscrire une action dans la durée. La « re-dynamisation » de l’activité constitue un véritable enjeu ici ; celui de constituer un juste équilibre entre les exigences de productivité et l’engagement associatif de la structure. Dans une logique imposée de rentabilité il faudra veiller à ne pas brouiller son identité sociale et la tenir éloignée du tourisme commercial.Les missions qui me sont confiées ont pris encore une autre dimension après la riche expérience des quelques jours passés ici et l’accueil que m’a réservé l’équipe salariée et bénévole. Elles me tiennent désormais à cœur. J’invite tous les adhérents de l’Association qui ont fait la même expérience avant moi à imaginer des projets d’avenir pour les Sapins de l’Amitié afin d’inscrire dans un développement concerté le bon fonctionnement de la Maison. C’est moi qui ai fait le site des Sapins. Je viens de repasser dessus par hasard (ça faisait longtemps) et je suis content de voir qu’il y a du nouveau sur le blog.
